The Community Health Van will be:

• Rockwood -10:30am - 12:30pm - The Whistle Stop Parking Lot

The Guelph/Wellington Community Health Van is a Mobile Outreach Health and Harm Reduction Service. The van makes stops in Guelph and Rural Wellington providing harm reduction supplies, food & hygiene products, first aid supplies and occasionally clothing/camping gear.
