• Harriston - 1:30pm - 3:30pm - Food Bank Parking Lot, 68 Elora St. S

The Guelph/Wellington Community Health Van is a Mobile Outreach Health and Harm Reduction Service. The van makes stops in Guelph and Rural Wellington providing harm reduction supplies, food & hygiene products, first aid supplies and occasionally clothing/camping gear.
