The Guelph/Wellington Community Health Van is a Mobile Outreach Health and Harm Reduction Service. The van makes stops in Guelph and Rural Wellington providing harm reduction supplies, food & hygiene products, first aid supplies and occasionally clothing/camping gear.

The Health Van will be:

• in Fergus - Fergus Foodbank, 105 Queen St. W - 10:30 am - 12:30 pm

• in Mount Forest - United Church, 175 Queen St. E - 1:30 pm - 3:30 pm
